At The Homeschool Bookstore we work with homeschool families to provide you with a variety of homeschool materials. Once registered, you may buy or sell homeschool related items. If you are interested in an item, you can purchase it through Buying a product is like any other marketplace website. All purchases are made directly with the seller. If you have a question about the product you can reach out to that seller directly.


All payments for products are made securely through PayPal. You are able to purchase the product as an The Homeschool Bookstore member by registering with us.  You will receive an email alerting you that you have placed an order. The The Homeschool Bookstore seller will also receive an email alerting them of your purchase. At this time The Homeschool Bookstore seller will ship your purchase. They will also let you know that your product has shipped.

All transactions are made through PayPal which accepts multiple credit card payment options. For additional information on PayPal you can visit their FAQ site here.

Yes. Registering with The Homeschool Bookstore allows you the ability to track your orders, receive shipping confirmation on your purchase, leave feedback for a purchase, add items to your Watchlist, and save a lot of money by purchasing slightly used homeschool resources.

Yes, currently all buyers and sellers must live in the United States of America.

No. You are able to check out as a guest through PayPal and use a debit/credit card. When you check out you will be taken to a PayPal page. Here you can choose to pay with your PayPal account or with your debit/credit card.

We recommend reaching out to the seller right away! You can leave a private message on either the listing itself or on the profile of the seller.

Once you’ve purchased a product you can leave feedback for your products by going into “my account” and click on the Review/Feedback button.

As we shared previously, all sales are made directly between you and an seller on The Homeschool Bookstore. If something is wrong with your purchase (whether you do not hear from the seller, or you are not happy with the product) we recommend that you get in touch with the seller first. You can find their contact information on their profile page.

If you still need help, please reach out to our team by emailing us at and we will attempt to get in touch with the seller as well and try to resolve the situation as quickly (and painlessly) as possible.

In the incredibly rare case of a non-responsive seller, you may have to cancel your order through PayPal ( This can only happen when the transaction has yet to be claimed. If the transaction has been claimed, then you will have to file a claim with PayPal.

Only a seller has the ability to void a transaction. If you need to cancel your purchase, please reach out to the seller directly as soon as possible. You can do so by going to the sellers profile and clicking the contact button.

You will receive an email notifying you that your product has shipped. All shipments are managed by the The Homeschool Bookstore seller who is selling the product. To ask a question about the shipment you can contact the seller.

Buyers can change the email they have on record from within the My Account page.

If you have extra homeschool curriculum just laying around, The Homeschool Bookstore is just what you are looking for. It is free to sign up and you can be selling all those old books in minutes.

First, you must register (super easy and fast!). Second, once logged in, you will see your My Account page where you must choose your Seller Membership payment method (monthly or yearly). Third, start adding your items!

As a seller, you must have a valid PayPal email address. Your PayPal email address must be entered on your Account Info page.  PayPal is a trusted global financial platform that is incredibly easy to use. To get a PayPal account, click here. Currently, there is no billing process. When you sell an item, the 5% final value fee will be taken out automatically from the buyer’s payment to you. That’s it!

Yes. We currently only work with PayPal but plan to offer additional financial alignments in the future.

It is completely free to register and to list products. Once your product sells there will be a 5% transaction fee on the back-end. How easy is that?

You should include an accurate description of the condition of the book, or other homeschool item that you are selling. Any damage or writing should be noted. You should also include shipping and refund policies in your description.

Not only will your seller dashboard reflect all of your orders, you will receive an email immediately notifying you of your latest order. This email will contain all of the pertinent information you need to complete your order, as will the seller dashboard.

As an The Homeschool Bookstore seller you are completely in charge of your shipping. You dictate the price to ship as well as manage the process. This gives you the flexibility to offer free shipping for local pick-ups (if available) and permits you to adjust the pricing for a rush order.

Shipping will be entered when you are listing your item. Please also note your method of shipment and any other shipping policies in your description.

Yes. We do encourage that you share your social media presence so your fans can follow you. If you need to link to your website to access specific information (i.e. return policies, etc.) you are able to do that, although we do encourage that you include that information in the product description for ease of use for your buyers.

. The following information should be included in your shop policies to keep your buyers aware of your policies.

• Payment Detail and Order Cancellation Policy
Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

• Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase.
**Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping.

In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange.

Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions.
